    Has anyone heard of Kinefinity.com?

They talk about Cineform ™ and CinemaDNG workflows from the same camera.

I was able to shoot some lens tests on a KineRAW-S8p ™ prototype, its like the KineRAW-S35 ™ and KineRAW-S16 ™ except for the lack of Cineform ™ compressed recording, it just records fully uncompressed DNG. In this video I was shooting 2592x1104x12bit @ 24fps so the recording rate was 103MB/sec.

There is some loss in the compressed version on Vimeo even when you view the 1920×1080 on a 1920 wide monitor, so if you have an interest in seeing some of the uncompressed frames used to make that video you can email me with “dvcreator uncompressed frame request” in the subject line so I know its not junk mail. I still have many shooting modes to test and see which lenses work best for each resolution mode.

They will maybe have two KineRAW-S35 ™ bodies there to show and be able to answer questions in person. If you are interested in getting one they will be there to talk about that as well. The price for the body may be about USD $6000, they are still working out the details.
