formatt filtersFormatt FM-600 Matte Box The FM600 Matte Box is the entry level offering from Formatt Filters and represents excellent value for money for all videography work.The FM600 matte box comes complete with ray shade suitable for most videography work including wide angle in most cases. The French Flag is rotatable through 180°. The powder coated black matte interior removes flare and ghosting.The matte box has two filter holders which will accept most glass filters from 1.5mm to 4mm thickness in 4″ x 4″ and in the vertical position 4″ x 5.65″. The second filter holder is fully rotatable through 360° and accepts 4″ x 4”.

Fastening

The FM600 matte box attaches to the camera lens barrel in two different fashions - screw in or clamp on. The commonest method is the screw adaptor.Screw in adaptors are available in sizes: 43mm, 48mm 52mm, 58mm, 62mm, 67mm, 72mm, 77mm, 82mm, 86mm and 95mmClamp on adaptors are available in sizes: 75mm, 80mm, 85mm, 86mm and 93mm
