		<description>I'll be shooting with a Canon XL1 and wondered what 'easy' cool in-camera effects I could play with. eg Slow motion, ect.

Any simple stuff would be of great use. Film guy on a video camera should say it all! Also take a look at my latest version of the Pampa-Lite.
