new dvcCast! screencast: playing an H.264-encoded movie in a Flash Player

Adobe’s Flash technology can now play H.264-encoded movies. This screencast demonstrates, step-by-step, encoding a movie in dvcCast!, uploading it, downloading and installing the FlowPlayer Flash player, configuring a player for the movie you uploaded, and embedding that movie on a forum.
