This is a great program for creating quick and detailed animations of characters right out of the box. Excellent for character stills and animation, medical illustrations, architectural, and storyboards.

UPDATE - Flash is no longer supported with the Quicktime 7.3.1 update.
In Quicktime 7.1.5, released today, Flash is disabled, but when encountering a Quicktime movie with Flash tracks, Quicktime will pop up a dialog box asking the user if they wish to enable Flash.
Apple must have heard thousands of complaints from Quicktime authors (such as us) whose content was suddenly rendered blank by the 7.1.3 upgrade.
Not ideal, but much better!
